Training is in my blood because I want to help people achieve their goals as individuals at their level and pace.  Training is not just a job it is my heart and soul passion and I want to share my knowledge with the world or as many people as I can.

 

BS DEGREE IN KINESIOLOGY & NCCPT CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER: Performance-driven health and wellness professional with an extensive history in health promotion and management of individual physical fitness. Dynamic leader with solid management experience; accomplished in the development of special fitness initiatives, personal performance programs and customized exercise technique trainings. Successful background in exercise science and health promotion. Have competed on Figure Competitions and have been Nationally Qualified.  Training is in my blood because I want to help people achieve their goals as individuals at their level and pace.
